Saji works on many platforms as a disability Expert. He vocalizes loudly for the rights of Differently Abled persons. Saji is involved with social and philosophical research in the field related to visual impairment. He had completed his work on the study of the “Finding the reciprocal attitudinal gaps between sighted and visually impaired employees”. This has immensely helped him to know the problems faced by the employee and the employer at the work place. He has developed some Human Resource tools to narrow-down their gaps in the working environment.
He is also involved with the following organisations in a consultative capacity: National Institute for the Visually Handicapped (India), Sharp Memorial School for the Blind,(India), etc. He has presented papers as resource person in International Conferences on subject related to “Impact of ICT in the life of person with blindness”.
Saji was selected for the “Youth Meet -2005″ held in Japan by Japan International Co-operative Agency. He has been ecognised by many awards for his luminous performance in his life including “NIVH Excellence Award-2012″ for outstanding achiever in career as Visual Impaired in India.
